Older adults often struggle to navigate fragmented digital healthcare systems, including interpreting symptoms, managing medications, and scheduling appointments, leading to cognitive burden and missed care. Navia AI Copilot addresses this gap by transforming conversational user intent into actionable healthcare workflows. Leveraging predictive, generative, and agentic AI, the system supports symptom checking, prescription understanding, medication reminders, and appointment booking. The project involved end-to-end AI product design, resulting in a functional prototype demonstrating core healthcare flows, while incorporating product strategy, business modeling, and responsible AI safeguards to ensure safety, accessibility, and trust.
